| Just got home from Moorefield with my Patrick. We had a really nice time. Our cabin, to my surprise, was a lot nicer than I thought it was going to be....2 bedrooms, hardwood floor kitchen, living room with satellite tv, decent bathroom. So I guess I couldnt really say that we "roughed it". Also, I have become an avid fisher! I've always wanted to really get into the whole fishing thing but never really found the time....but Patrick and I promised each other that we'll make another trip in the fall when all the pretty fall leaves are out...YaY!! I'm so glad we got to spend some nice peaceful time with each other without any stress on our minds....We really needed our little trip before school started...we've both done nothing but work all summer and it was just sooooo nice to have Josie and Patrick time :o) I love him sooo daggon much.. I miss my precious daughters Neel and Shell too....they've gone off to school...so DD...you better get your red headed butt in here soon....and Rell...you better answer my phone calls you Harry Potter loving - WVU choir singing girl. | | |
| Another long day at work in the blistering heat....Rell worked with me so it helped the day go faster. She and Neel are always a blast to work with. Danielle and Luke are in Pittsburgh then Luke's goin home...it's very sad but he'll be back soon to visit. Tonight I went to Patrick's house and ate dinner with the family. After we ate we all sat on the back porch and ate our dessert.We ended up watching Empire Records after everyone left. I also tried to pop this thing on Patrick's back and I wasnt doin too good of a job so he wanted me to cut it open with his buck knife...haha. I did not succeed. Well...I feel a rumbly in my tumbly (first time in a long time) ...so I'm gonna go tend to that....hahahahahahaha...man im sick. | | |
| Getting ready to go to work at the East Marion Wave Pool. I just love serving the huge buffalos with tattoos of unicorns on their saggy, sun-damaged breasts. After that....I'll probably do something with my ~Patchy BabaLoo~....perhaps a night of making ugly faces at each other for hours or seeing who can make up the most disgusting noise. We didn't get to dig in the dvd bin as long as we wanted to a wal mart last night so maybe we'll go finish digging to the bottom....Ahh, it's the simple things in life that are the best..haha. I get to work with my precious Neel and Luke today...Rell has the day off **DAMN YOU TO HELL**...haha just kidding. | | |
| Last night Danielle, Luke, Patrick and I attended the Mannington Fair. All in all I'd hafta say the night was pretty much a huge success. Danielle won a 4 inch stuffed fish for only $5 but she could have upgraded to the medium size prize for only $20. We all sat on a cement curb under the stars as we indulged in sandwiched and funnel cakes, which would later give us all explosive diarrhea, while listening to the beautiful vocals of Ricky Van Shelton. Our free entertainment for the night: An intoxicated gentleman wearing no shirt dancing in the crowd of people walking back and forth. Later on, a fine young woman joined him. As they embraced one another and danced to their own rhythm, Luke came to the decision that if the two of them would ever had sex, it would smell like "Freedom". | | |
